PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
What happens when the galaxy’s ultimate bounty hunter takes a break, leaving his legacy in the hands of two slacker stepbrothers? Chaos, pure and simple.
Starring Anderson .Paak and Cordae, Heavy Is The Crown #1 is a high-octane sci-fi action-comedy that bridges the iconic style of Cowboy Bebop with the unhinged, competitive energy of Step Brothers. Instead of taking up the mantle, these two mismatched stepbrothers focus more on petty rivalries and collecting cosmic bounties than on actually saving the universe.
Brought to life with dynamic art by Ario Anindito and vibrant colors by Pierluigi Casolino, this debut issue serves as the definitive comic companion to .Paak and Cordae’s collaborative album of the same name.
FORMAT: Single Issue Comic
GENRE: Sci-Fi / Action / Comedy
Publisher: Marvel Comics x Mass Appeal x Empire
Story By: Eddie Smith | Script By: Deron Bennett
Art By: Ario Anindito | Colors By: Pierluigi Casolino
Creative Direction: Daniel Glogower x Eddie Smith
